The following general subscription rates apply to the relationship between the Tradercockpit AG, represented by its chairman of the board Dr. Artur P. Schmidt, as a provider of the Internet services Wallstreetcockpit, Bankingcockpit, ETF-Cockpit  and Futurescockpit and the registered users (named: user) and apply to all web offers of Tradercockpit AG, and related sub-pages and services offered by additional pages.

§ 1 Description of services
Tradercockpit AG provides traders and investors platforms, which offer buy and sell signals of shares / indices / ETFs / currencies and commodities. Users have access to the sites available through a user name and password. Tradercockpit AG reserves the right to change the offer as desired.

§ 2 Registration, formation of a contract
Part of the Tradercockpit AG platforms are available without registration as a user. However, to use buy and sell signals, customers must book a subscription. This is done by logging on that side under the button "Subscription". A contract for the use of the service of Tradercockpit AG is caused by the payment of the subscription fee. Immediately upon receipt of payment customer access will be activated.

Tradercockpit AG offers trial subscriptions, annual subscriptions and lifetime subscriptions. The amount for each subscription is payable in advance.
A cancellation before the end of each subscription is excluded. Registered users are entitled to use all offers of their subscription.

§ 3 Liability

The traders cockpit AG is not responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of information provided. Liability claims against the company, which refer to material or immaterial nature caused by use or disuse of the information or the use of incorrect or incomplete information are strictly excluded, unless the company is not acting intentional or grossly negligent. All offers are non-binding. Tradercockpit AG reserves the right to change parts of or the entire offer without prior notice, add to or temporarily/permanently delete the offer.

Should there be data outages or technical problems, Tradercockpit AG will resolve this as quickly as possible. Refunding of already paid subscription fees due to technical errors or data loss from third parties is excluded. The Tradercockpit AG has an adequate time frame to switch the systems to new providers.

Tradercockpit AG may at any time without prior notice discontinue or restrict the availability of its websites temporarily for maintenance or upgrading activities.

Tradercockpit AG does not warrant that the provided websites are at any time accessible or without errors or appropriate for a particular purpose. This is especially true if access to the offers of Tradercockpit AG are affected or repealed due to interferences, especially if the cause is beyond the control of Tradercockpit AG. When using the offer of Tradercockpit AG the following terms of use  have to be noticed. Who makes passwords available to non-subscribers commits a crime and may be immediately excluded fromTradercockpit AG  without any repayment obligation of subscription fees.

The traders cockpit AG has the right to cancel a membership at any time for an important reasons. This is the case in particular if the User violates the legal information or the following terms of use or applicable law.

§4 Performance

The future performance of investments can not be derived from the performance in the past, ie the value of investments may fall as well as rise. The preservation of the invested capital can not be guaranteed, for example, exchange rate fluctuations can cause an oscillation in the value of investments.
